- This form should be used for any claims related to property damage, injury, or theft.
- All damages to IKEA products or good will be handled directly by IKEA
- 24hr Response Time

Danger, Crisis and Emergency Escalations | Urgent Issues
- This form is to be used for urgent issues only.
- Examples include: Any contacts where the User might be in physical or psychological harm (i.e: Tasker and Client got into a fight), or any substantial or urgent damages to the Client's property (i.e: client house is flooded due to Tasker error)
- 12hr Response Time
